This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how Burner LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Burner,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and shares consumer health data, and the rights you have over it. It supplements our main Privacy Policy and applies specifically to residents of states with consumer-health-data laws — today Washington (the My Health My Data Act), Nevada (SB 370), and Connecticut. For that data, where this policy and the main Privacy Policy differ, this policy controls.
This policy applies to you if you are a resident of Washington, Nevada, or Connecticut and you are not acting in an employment context. It covers only consumer health data as defined below — the rest of the data Burner handles is covered by the main Privacy Policy.
These laws define consumer health data broadly as information that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health. In Burner, that includes:

We collect consumer health data only to provide the features you ask for: logging and planning workouts and meals, recording cardio, estimating calories and readiness, generating AI coaching you request, and syncing your data so you can restore it and use more than one device. We do not use consumer health data for advertising or marketing, and we do not sell it.
We disclose consumer health data only to service providers that process it solely on our behalf, under a written contract that limits them to that purpose. These are the same processors listed in our Privacy Policy:
Disclosure to a processor bound by such a contract is not a “sale” or “sharing” of consumer health data under these laws. We do not otherwise share your consumer health data, and we would obtain your consent before doing so — and, for any sale, your separate valid authorization. We do not sell consumer health data.
We collect consumer health data that is necessary to provide the parts of Burner you choose to use, and you provide that data when you create an account, log entries, and turn on optional features. Optional data sources are gated behind a separate, revocable permission you grant in the moment — Apple Health / Health Connect access, GPS recording, a Strava connection, and each AI action. Nothing is sent to Anthropic unless you tap an AI action. You can withdraw any of these permissions at any time (see below), and Burner keeps working without them.

Most rights are self-service in the app: Settings → Data → Export to access a full copy, Settings → Account to delete, and the relevant Settings and system toggles to withdraw consent. You can also email [email protected] to make any request. We will respond within the time the applicable law allows — generally 45 days in Washington and Connecticut, and 60 days in Nevada — and may extend that period where the law permits, with notice to you. If we deny a request, our response will explain how to appeal; send appeals to the same address. Washington and Connecticut residents may also contact their state Attorney General if they are unsatisfied with the outcome of an appeal.
We keep consumer health data while your account exists so the app can show your history and sync across devices. When you delete your account, we delete this data and instruct our processors to delete it, subject only to short-lived backups that expire on a rolling basis and to anything we must retain to comply with law. We will update this policy before any new category of consumer health data collection ships, and the effective date above always reflects the current version.
